History Of The Black & Tan Beer Cocktail:
The Black and Tan is a very popular beer drink. Its a layer of pale ale and stout (Guinness) which sets at the top. The reason they call it a black and tan, is because the dark beer and the pale beer are layer in the glass.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Guinness Stout beer
- 8 oz pale ale beer
Instructions And Preparation:
- Pour Pale Ale beer into a chilled beer glass
- Slowly pour Guinesses Stout beer into the glass
