How To Make A Smith & Kearns Cocktail
This cocktail was invented by Blue Blazer‘s Gerbertj Doebber in 1952. It was for 2 oil monkeys that were always havin them at Smith and Curran. The name Curran was Kearns original creme de cacao which was later replaced with Kahlua or any type of coffe liqueur.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Kahlua Or Coffee Liqueur
- 2 oz Cream
- Club Soda
Preparation:
- Fill highball glass with ice
- Pour Kahlua and cream into cocktail shaker with 3 ice cubes and shake 4-5 count
- Strain into highball glass
- Top with club soda
