Stephanie:
Stephanie has been working in the hospitality industry for over ten years. She began as a hostess in Toronto and worked her way up through serving, cocktailing, bartending, managing, events and marketing for busy restaurants and nightclubs throughout T.O. and Vancouver. Eventually Stephanie progressed from venues to the Head Office for a prominent North American restaurant group where she also now works as a Regional Marketing Manager. Bringing her versatile experience in the industry, Steph joined the Fine Art team in late 2010 and looks forward to training new up-and-coming bar stars in mixology, finessed bar service, and techniques to increase sales (aka your tips!) in a fun and interactive atmosphere.
Jeroemie:
Born on the east coast, and having worked his way across Canada and around the globe, Jeroemie brings almost 20 years of hospitality industry experience to Vancouver and Fine Art. Jeromie has worked in every style of bar, from roadhouse saloons in the middle of the desert all the way up through to five star fine dining, and enjoys visually stimulating his guests and students with his passion for creating multilayered cocktails. Jeroemie shares his love for the industry with an enthusiastic teaching style that is contagious!
