WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits

If you were looking for a great certification in Spirits to add to your resume, the Level 1 Award in Spirits from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust. Fine Art Bartending is an Approved Program Provider for WSET’s Level 1 and Level 2 Awards in Spirits and we are doing Level 1 classes in person. Adding another well respected certification to your bartending certification is always a great idea. The Level 1 Award in Spirits specification has just been updated by WSET in August of 2021 and we are ready to walk through the program with you.
This is a straightforward and interactive class. We have a workbook for you, plus you get to taste 12 different samples of spirits in a fun environment. For certification, you will need to complete a 30 question multiple choice test at the end. Achieve more than 70% on that test and you will earn the worldwide recognized WSET Level 1 Award in Spirits along with the WSET lapel pin!
Earn your Level 1 Award in Spirits
This is a TWO day class, with each being 4 hours. 12-4PM each day. We’ll walk you through all the essentials of spirits production as well as how to properly taste and describe a spirit. We keep our classes small, maximum 6 people, so we all get a chance to ask questions and get to know each other a bit better. Seating is limited!
